Per the Bulgaria AI Note (Irena Koleva, April 2026), AI-assisted hiring, performance management, monitoring, and termination remain governed by existing labour law and data-protection rules. The Inspectorate is the workplace-side fundamental-rights authority for high-risk AI under Article 77.
